Epee Standard blade

This article is suitable for swordsman practitioners, competitors or not.

The length of the blade varies depending on the category.

Up to U10 you need a 0 blade and you have to assemble the complete sword with a mini shell.

For U12 you need a blade 2 and you have to assemble the complete sword with a mini shell.

From category U14 you need a blade 5 and with a normal shell.

For competitors it is recommended from U14 to take an FIE blade, it is obligatory for selective competitions, EFC and FIE from U17.
